Robert Wilson

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Robert R. Wilson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of R2C Inc, an award winning SDVOSB headquartered in Huntsville, AL. Robert provides Strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the business ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of R2C Inc. Mr. Wilson formulates and Determines Company Values, Mission, Vision, and Short-term and Long-term goals. Facilitates the integration of the Company into the fabric of the community by using effective marketing and communication activities. Lead and motivate Team-Members to develop, establish, and maintain R2C’s award-winning corporate culture which ensures employee engagement and a high performing team. Directs and oversees the day to day organization, management, administration, budgeting, financial management, human resources, and subcontract management to ensure all work is accomplished in a safe and ethical manner and all program goals and objectives are fulfilled.

With over 27 years’ experience in the Aviation field, 19 years special emphasis on Acquisition and Project / Program Management, Exceptional skills in Business Development and Expansion, systems design, development, and Integration Mr. Wilson is uniquely qualified and personally motivated to succeed in a fast-paced rapid environment.

Prior to this position, Robert was the Director of Program and Business Development and site manager for L-3 Communications, TCS division located in Huntsville, AL supporting the Army’s Logistic Support Facility (LSF) and responsible for New Product Development.

Additionally, Mr. Wilson held positions supporting the Prototype Integration Facility and PEO Aviation in Huntsville Al and Lufthansa Systems in Zurich Switzerland. In these positions, Mr. Wilson successfully combined the disciplines of Project Management, Engineering, and Logistics to recruit, train, and develop a highly-skilled, cross-functional staff of specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to address ongoing operations in support of multiple campaigns such as Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Mr. Wilson is a Veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Southern Watch where he served as the Air Traffic Control (ATC) liaison for US Army aviation assets in Kuwait. He has received numerous accommodations for service to our country.

Mr. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is recognized by The International Society of Logistics (SOLE) as a Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML). Additionally, Mr. Wilson is a member of the DoD Acquisition Corp and is Level III Certified in Project Management and Life-Cycle Logistics. Mr. Wilson is a member and supporter of multiple Industry and Professional societies and groups.



Mark Cellarius

Vice President of R2C Inc.

Mr. Mark Cellarius is the Vice President R2C Inc, an award winning Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Memphis State University, and served in the United States Navy. He provides superior leadership, vision, direction, and business operations planning to R2C Aerospace while offering critical technical expertise to the dynamic requirements of the R2C executive leadership team. He applies experienced resources and effective performance metrics to measure the implementation and success of R2C Aerospace’s business strategy while achieving the overall goals of R2C Inc.

Mr. Cellarius has over 30 years of experience ranging from design and development, and test and evaluation of systems, and components for multiple air, ground, sea, and space platforms. Mark has substantial knowledge of the systems engineering discipline from concept, architectures, and requirements definition to system testing and sustainment. He has successfully served in multiple roles managing programs, leading engineering projects, and technical innovations culminating with several patents and a broad engineering knowledge in multiple disciplines and platforms.

Mr. Cellarius served in prestigious professional roles including consulting services for military, industrial, and commercial product improvements. He was the Payload Systems Engineer supporting ballistic missile defense technology miniaturization; DRS Test and Energy Management Inc.’s Chief Systems Engineer generating operations concepts, system specifications, and implementing embedded diagnostics, condition based maintenance, prognostics, and numerous proof of concept initiatives for the U.S. Army; and transitioned from WestWind Technologies, Inc.’s Director of Engineering into the Vice President of Engineering successfully leading business development initiatives resulting in contract awards ranging in value from $150k-$800M. Mr. Cellarius’ education, professional experience, and technical acumen coupled with his military service is a substantial asset to R2C Aerospace and a key component of the overall success of R2C, Inc.


Robert Gibson

Vice President of Special Programs

Mr. Robert Gibson is the Vice President of Special Programs across the southeastern region of the United States. He is a purposeful leader with proven transformational successful execution across the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Office of Naval Research, U.S. Navy, and Department of Defense. He is an engineering professional with core competencies transcending multiple engineering disciplines across diverse assignments

Mr. Gibson served in the U.S. Navy for nine years in the Nuclear Navy and another 18 years as a Department of Navy civilian as a Subject Matter Expert in Test and Evaluation, Unmanned Underwater Vehicles, Rapid Prototyping, and Launch and Recovery methods. He has successfully transitioned multiple programs efforts from concept to acquisition to end users in the fleet and National Intelligence Programs.

Mr. Gibson has a Master’s in Business Administration, Project Management from Grantham University, Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology with Emphasis in Nuclear Technology, and Minor in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. He served in the United States Navy as a Navy Nuclear Engineering Laboratory Technician and Machinist Mate. Mr. Gibson is a member of the Department of Defense’s Acquisition Corp since 2010 and is Level III Certified in Test and Evaluation, Engineering and Level II in Program Management.

Mr. Gibson enjoys spending time in the outdoors and taking his triplets camping. He enjoys working on new projects and developing innovative programs. His goal is to help R2C develop a Special Programs team to rapidly deliver warfighter needs in a rapid manner.


Christopher Scaife

Vice President of R2C Support Services

Mr. Christopher Scaife is an acquisition professional with over 24 years' experience. He has a Master of Science Degree in Federal Contracts Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He specializes in working with small businesses to grow their business base and ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. As The Vice President of R2C Support Services he is charged with growing a services company focused on performance at Government site. He is a retired member of the US Air Force where he supported logistics requirement at many locations around the world. He and his wife Sue make their home in Talladega, Alabama


Paul Bannister

Vice President of R2C Aerospace

Paul Bannister joined R2C Inc. as Vice President of the Florida region in August 2020 and is now the Vice President of R2C Aerospace. Bannister brings with him more than 28 years’ experience in ship maintenance and construction and logistics. He served in the Navy for 9 years as a nuclear component power plant welder and for another 16 years as a DON civilian where he performed maintenance, repair, and construction of ships and submarines including at the Trident Refit Facility in Kings Bay as a sheet metal worker and shipfitter. In addition, Bannister served at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Panama City, FL where he managed the Prototype Fabrication Facility. Bannister served as logistics support to the Mine Countermeasure Mission Package on the Littoral Combat Ship and was a Logistics Management Specialist for the Coast Guard providing support to the Offshore Patrol Cutter. Bannister earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds several certifications through Defense Acquisition University (DAU) including logistics and quality, manufacturing, and production. Bannister also holds certifications in logistics and test and evaluation through the Department of Homeland Security.


Richard White

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Richard D. White is a visionary and ethical professional financial leader bringing over thirty years of diverse experience to R2C Inc. Mr. White is most effective in role enabling mission-critical business initiatives - operational effectiveness, financial management, budget preparation and analysis, trend analysis, strategic studies, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Mr. White is a forward-thinking planner and catalyst for building top-performing organizations and leading strategic change across complex corporate enterprises for government contracting and commercial industries. He serves as Key Management Personnel (KMP) on the R2C Inc. Leadership team and provides expert analysis and insight on all operations related to area of expertise.

Mr. White holds multiple degrees from the University of Alabama in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Computer Science.
